How do I return an item?

Return Policy


  • If you would like to cancel your order, please call us immediately. We fulfill orders within 1-3 days of the order placed. If your order has been processed, a 20% restocking charge will be applied.
  • No Cancellations approved once order has been shipped.


  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased at unless the product was damaged prior to shipping.
  • If your order is damaged, contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If it is after the 5th day, we will no longer accept the return.
Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • If items are lost or damaged in transit, we are not responsible for those damaged items. You will need to contact the Carrier Provider.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Item's

  • Custom/Special Orders, Closeouts, Gift Certificates and Promotional items are non-refundable (no exchanges or returns). All sales for these items are final. NO EXCEPTIONS

How do I get an RMA#?

  • Please email us your name, order number, and item you wish to return or exchange within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
  • Email us @ and we will email you an RMA# within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days from receipt of your return.
  • You will be responsible for all returning shipping cost. Shipping costs will be refunded, only if we deem the items damaged by our company. You will then receive a refund for your returned shipping charges.

Special Note:

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
